The other day we had the plesure to photograph the lovely Courtney and her man David. We shot at Presisio park in old town . This place is magic if the light is right, and Courtany and David were so amazing to work with. Check out the results!

Bride Britteny had an idea for her wedding, easy and fun! I was honored with th privilege of photographing the event. Britteny was super low stress thanks in large part to the amazing staff at Twin Oaks House and Garden This venue is so perfect and makes for beautiful pictures. The ceremony was preformed by Rev Christopher Tuttle who was so fresh and down to earth. After the ceremony it was time to party with Paul of High Energy DJ Service What a great day and here are a few images from the afternoon.

Back to school

by admin on September 3, 2011

Were does the time go? It seems to me that life has a sick sense of irony. When you are young you have nothing but time like the Rolling Stones sang,” time time time is on my side ” But then you grow up ( at some point ) and time is a joke. There is never enough, months FLY by, years click off your life like miles on your odometer. Enter kids, school has changed so much since I was a kid. It’s so structured and busy,we barely had homework, we played outside, built forts, went swimming, road our bikes, the movie Goonies reminds me of that time in my life, no worries. Summer was awesome! Then the first day of school, are you kidding me! It’s like salt on slug, but still nothing like today, our range from grade one through grade eight. Logan, our first grader has more homework than I can ever remember having. So back to school for parents, am I right? Class projects , field trips, PTA, whew, I just want things to slow down again,I can dream cant I? Pictured are Chris our 3rd grader and Logan our 1st grader. Have a happy school year!

The girls with the bride having a giggle

San Diego Is an amazing place to live , gorgeous weather, beautiful people lot’s to do and great wedding venues. Carlton Oaks is one of those . Yvette the catering manager makes sure everything goes as planed and Don the banquet captan and his staff serve the tasty food. I would have to say this is one of the best values in San Diego county.

Were are back!

by admin on August 24, 2011

It has been a little while but we are back, with a fresh new look, new navigation to the proofing site and a new logo. What hasn’t changes is our commitment to personal service and value. As we continue to grow we learn ways to be better photographers, make better images, offer better customer service and provide a better overall experience. We are extremely excited for the future and what is has to offer!

The Home Office

by admin on June 29, 2011

Home office? Thats really being very generous, my “workspace” could fit inside a minivan. Don’t get me wrong, I have everything I need and I have a great view and a rockin’ breeze.I edit photos on on computer and answer emails and whatnot on another.I have my music, sometimes very loud and that helps me edit. I love not having to drive to work, and I don’t have an issue doing work, I love what I do so getting started isn’t a big deal. But durning the summer months when the kids are home from school it becomes much harder. The”can we go to the beach” is heard most often followed by “may I have a Popsicle”. The problem with that is that the first kid asks, then his or her sibling sees said popsicle, and a chain reaction occurs with the next three children asking one at a time for their frozen treat. The it is on to the next request, the dreaded FAIR question.I try to avoid the fair on odd numbered years, if we went every year with 4 kids we would be on the streets with a cardboard sign asking for donations. But in the end no matter what happens durning the day it’s so awesome to be home with my kids and be around for all the drama that every day has to offer.I am a lucky guy!
